We process orders Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. Please allow up to 1–3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

UK Delivery :

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
£4.99 | Expected delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
£6.99 | Expected delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

 

International Delivery :

EU

We send orders via either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or DHL, both offering online tracking.  Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Depending on your order’s weight and size, shipping will be handled by either Royal Mail or DHL. The most cost-effective and reliable shipping option will be automatically selected at checkout.

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

DHL Express

Rest of the World 

We send orders via DHL. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.  The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tax and Duties for International Shipping :

Please note that KATA does not cover customs duties (local taxes) for international orders. These charges are not included in the cost and will be the responsibility of the recipient. Once the parcel arrives in the local country, customs may contact you for payment of these fees.

Customs policies vary by country. If you are unsure about the duties or taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.

All orders are marked as ‘Merchandise’. We cannot mark packages as ‘Gifts’ or understate the value of the contents, as this is illegal and could result in significant fines.

For all international shipments, please double-check your billing and shipping information. We are unable to make changes or re-route packages once they have been dispatched.
