Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products being handcrafted with vintage, antique and salvaged fabrics and each piece being one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchange for these items. Please carefully read the product description before purchasing to ensure you are fully informed.

UK Returns

For other items (excluding one-of-a-kind pieces), if you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@katashoppe.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

In your email, kindly include

• your order number

• your full name

• the item(s) you wish to return

• the reason for the return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging attached. Returns will be processed once the product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


International Returns

All international and European orders are considered final sale once shipped, due to potential taxes and customs duties that may arise during the return process. These orders are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the shipping fee.

Please ensure that return packages are insured and tracked, as KATA is not responsible for them until they have been received.

Faulty Items

In the event that an item is faulty, we will offer a refund. The refund will include the cost of the item and the original shipping fees to send it to you. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned faulty item.

Final Sale Items

Sale items and one-of-a-kind pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
